Nara grew up in Germany inspired by her grandmother’s cooking and the intention behind it. While working as a model, she soon met and married supermodel Lucky Blue Smith and started a family. When she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and eczema, she found that she could manage her symptoms by cutting out most processed foods. She turned her scratch-cooking expertise in a new curated direction while sharing her cooking online with compelling and elevated content. Nara Aziza Smith is a globally recognized lifestyle creator, entrepreneur, and model. With a South African mother and a German father, she grew up in Frankfurt, first learning to cook by watching her father and grandmother in the kitchen. While working as a model, she met her husband, supermodel Lucky Blue Smith, and gradually began her growing curiosity for cooking from scratch and the intention behind it.
Nara now resides in Connecticut with Lucky and their four children. She continues to build her authentic brand and grow her multi-million follower digital and culinary empire.
